These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications (including the Shrixa app on Google Play, published by Save Tax Global), websites (including our public marketing site at savetaxglobal.in), and related services offered by Save Tax Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, downloading or using our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated by reference where applicable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. User content and uploads

5. Subscriptions, fees, and trials

6. Intellectual property

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, authentication providers, cloud processing, or analytics). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Limitation of liability

To fullest extent permitted by law:

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Save Tax Global and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to the Services and Terms

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for operational reasons. 13. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumers cannot waive certain rights in their home country—in which case, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory protections.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory local dispute rules, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
